Company Commerical Solicitor - an experienced commerical solicitor to join the team servicing our well-established and impressive list of commercial clients. The work will entail the full range of commercial expertise, company and partnership formation and administration, contractual, agency, licensing, financial and franchise documentation, re-organisations, acquisitions and disposals. Commercial property experience is however not required.

We are looking for someone pro-active capable of expanding the existing commercial connections that the firm has and for the right person partnership prospects are a possibilty.

Legal Secretary - full or part time working principally in our commercial and will/trusts department.
